How to Make Asparagus Cigars
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This will help keep the cigars warm while you fry them in batches.
- Trim asparagus spears to 6-inch lengths and set aside.

- Cut the tortillas in half.
- Brush one half of each tortilla with a thin layer of the egg mixture.

- Remove the rolls from the skillet and place them on a wire rack or paper towels to drain excess oil.
