How to Make Asparagus With Grainy Mustard Dressing
- Trim the tough ends off 1 pound of asparagus spears.
- Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add the asparagus and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until tender-crisp but still bright green.
- Drain the asparagus immediately and transfer it to a serving bowl.
