- Mayonnaise
- Lettuce
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- Tomatoes
- 6 ounces cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined (or 6 ounces raw shrimp)

How to Make Avocado Bacon And Shrimp Wraps
- Cook bacon until crispy. Remove from pan and crumble. Reserve bacon grease.
- If using raw shrimp, cook shrimp in the reserved bacon grease until pink and opaque. If using pre-cooked shrimp, skip this step.
- In a medium bowl, mash avocado with a fork. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out lavash bread. Spread mashed avocado evenly over the bread.
- Top with cooked shrimp and crumbled bacon.
- Roll up the lavash tightly and slice in half (optional).
- Serve immediately or wrap individually in plastic wrap for a grab-and-go lunch.
