- Ground Chuck
- Seasoning Salt
- Hamburger Bun
- 1 slice cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)

- 1/4 ripe avocado, sliced

How to Make Avocado Bacon Burger
- Prepare the burger patty using 1/2 lb ground beef. Season generously with 1 tsp seasoned salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
- Preheat grill to medium-low heat.
- Grill the burger patty for 8 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- During the last 6 minutes of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese) on top of each patty. Also, lightly toast the bun halves on the grill for the last minute.
- Spread 2 tbsp sour cream evenly on the insides of both bun halves.
- To assemble, place the cooked patty on the bottom bun half. Top with 4 slices of crispy bacon, 1/4 of a ripe avocado, sliced, and the top bun half.
