  • Ground Chuck
  • Seasoning Salt
  • Hamburger Bun
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)
  • Fat Free Sour Cream
  • 1/4 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 4 slices crispy bacon

How to Make Avocado Bacon Burger

  1. Prepare the burger patty using 1/2 lb ground beef. Season generously with 1 tsp seasoned salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-low heat.
  3. Grill the burger patty for 8 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. During the last 6 minutes of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese) on top of each patty. Also, lightly toast the bun halves on the grill for the last minute.
