How to Make Avocado Ham And Cheese Melt
- Preheat your grill or griddle to medium heat.
- Cut a pita pocket in half.
- Layer 2-3 slices of ham inside each pita half.
- Top the ham with 1-2 slices of your favorite cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or provolone work well).
- Mash 1/4 of a ripe avocado and spread evenly over the cheese.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the pita is lightly toasted. Keep a close eye to avoid burning.
