How to Make Avocado Tortilla Chip Rounds
- Peel, pit, and mash 1 ripe avocado. Leave the pit in the mixture to help prevent browning.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon Mrs. Dash® seasoning blend, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and 2-3 drops of Tabasco sauce (or to taste) to the mashed avocado.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface of the avocado to minimize air exposure, and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve (at least 15 minutes).
- Spread a generous layer of the avocado mixture evenly onto 20 small tortilla chips.
- Slice 20 cherry tomatoes and place one slice on top of each avocado-covered tortilla chip.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
