  1. In a bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup ranch dressing, 1/4 cup milk, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  2. Cut 6 slices of bacon into 1/2-inch pieces and cook until crispy. Set aside, reserving 2 tablespoons of bacon grease.
