How to Make Baked Beans And Pineapple
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a medium-sized (approximately 2-quart) pot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pot. Add 1 medium onion, chopped, and sauté over medium-low heat until softened (about 5 minutes). Transfer the softened onions to a medium-sized (approximately 2-quart) casserole dish.
- Add the remaining ingredients (2 (15-ounce) cans of baked beans, 1 (20-ounce) can of pineapple chunks, drained, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves) to the pot. Stir well to combine.
