How to Make Anything Lo Mein
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add your chosen protein (if using) and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Add your chosen vegetables (if using) and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce and optional sauces (oyster sauce and sesame oil). Stir to combine.
