How to Make Bbq Chicken And Cheddar Sandwiches
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon and place on a paper towel-lined plate. Pour off all but 1 tablespoon of bacon grease from the skillet.
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
