How to Make Bbq Meat Loaf Pampered Chef
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a Pampered Chef Classic Batter Bowl, combine 1.5 lbs ground beef, 1 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- Gently mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf in a Pampered Chef Stoneware Loaf Pan.
- Insert a Pampered Chef Digital Thermometer into the center of the meatloaf.
