  • Olive Oil
  • Yellow Bell Pepper
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Onion
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • Flour Tortillas
  • Barbecued Beef
  • Mild Cheddar Cheese

How to Make Bbq Ranch Quesadilla Wedges

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped bell pepper and onion; sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until softened.
  2. In a small bowl, combine barbecue sauce and ranch dressing. Mix well.
