How to Make Best Wacky Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 10x7 inch or 8-9 inch square baking pan.
  3. In the prepared pan, sift together: 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup granulated sugar, ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and ½ teaspoon salt.
