How to Make Bierocks Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Shred cabbage (or use a food processor for quicker prep).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drain off any excess grease.
