How to Make Curried Lamb Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, gently combine 1 lb ground lamb, 1 medium onion (finely chopped), 2 cloves garlic (minced), 2 large eggs, 2 tbsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or more, to taste), 1 tsp salt, and 1 cup breadcrumbs.
  3. Shape the lamb mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased 9x12 inch baking dish.
