How to Make Armenian Pizza Lahmajoun
- In a large bowl, combine 1 pound ground beef or lamb, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley, 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional), 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Thoroughly mix all ingredients and adjust seasonings to your liking.
