How to Make Mix And Match Stir Fry
- Choose one protein (see ingredient list below), one vegetable from the 'First Vegetable' group, one vegetable from the 'Second Vegetable' group, and one crunchy ingredient.
- Prepare ingredients: Chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Peel and devein shrimp if using. Slice partially frozen meat into thin strips.
