How to Make Mix And Match Stir Fry

  1. Choose one protein (see ingredient list below), one vegetable from the 'First Vegetable' group, one vegetable from the 'Second Vegetable' group, and one crunchy ingredient.
  2. Prepare ingredients: Chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Peel and devein shrimp if using. Slice partially frozen meat into thin strips.
