How to Make Mozzarella Chicken Roll Ups

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 4 ounces neufchâtel cheese (softened), 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt. Mix until well blended.
