How to Make 3 Cheese Artichoke Bites

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, sauté 1/2 cup chopped onion and 2 cloves minced garlic in 2 tablespoons olive oil until softened, about 5 minutes.
