How to Make Party Pan Nachos

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two large jelly-roll pans with foil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and green pepper and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and the chili powder. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
