How to Make Sausage Breakfast Wraps

  1. Brown 1 lb sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Transfer the cooked sausage to a 13x9-inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper and 1/4 cup chopped onion over the sausage.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together 8 large eggs, 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies (drained), 1 teaspoon chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage and vegetables in the baking dish.
