How to Make Strawberry Margarita Ice Pops

  1. Combine 1/2 cup lime juice, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup triple sec, 1/4 cup tequila, and 1/4 cup sugar in a blender. Blend until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Set aside two strawberries; cut into quarters.
  3. Roughly chop the remaining strawberries (about 1 cup) and add them to the blender. Blend until you achieve a smooth puree.
  4. Gently push a strawberry quarter onto the end of each popsicle stick.
  5. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  6. Insert the popsicle sticks with the strawberry quarters into the molds.
  7. Freeze overnight, or for at least 6-8 hours, until solid.
  8. Carefully remove the popsicles from the molds and serve immediately. Enjoy responsibly!
