How to Make Sushi Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, gently combine 1 cup cooked crab meat, 1/2 cup cooked, chopped shrimp, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, and 2 tablespoons sour cream. Mix until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
  3. Spread 3 cups cooked sushi rice evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  4. Spread the crab and shrimp mixture evenly over the rice.
  5. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of tobiko (flying fish roe) over the crab mixture. Then, sprinkle generously with furikake seasoning (see recipe #523268).
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  7. While the bake is cooking, cut 4 sheets of nori seaweed into four equal squares.
  8. To serve, spoon a generous portion of the baked sushi mixture onto each nori square. Fold the nori into a square and serve immediately. Enjoy!
