How to Make Tropical Tea Smoothie

  1. Boil 1 cup of water. Pour 1/2 cup (120ml) of the boiling water over two tea bags in a heat-resistant mug.
  2. Steep the tea bags for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and gently squeeze out any remaining liquid.
  4. Add 1/2 cup (120ml) of ice to the tea to begin cooling it to room temperature. Add more ice to bring the volume to approximately one cup (240ml).
  5. Combine the cooled tea, mango chunks, pineapple chunks, banana slices, orange juice, milk, remaining ice, lime juice, and honey in a blender.
  6. Blend until completely smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if needed.
  7. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
