How to Make Vanilla Slice
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a 23cm square baking pan with foil, allowing the foil to overhang the sides.
- Place pastry sheets on lightly greased baking trays. Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely.
- Gently flatten each pastry sheet with your hands.
- Fit one pastry sheet into the prepared pan.
