How to Make Weight Watchers Jam Dohnuts
- Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan/Gas Mark 7). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, sift together 250g strong bread flour and 5g salt.
- Add 50g caster sugar and 7g fast-action yeast to the flour mixture and stir to combine.
- Make a well in the center. In a separate bowl, gently warm 150ml milk and 50ml water until lukewarm (around 37-40°C).
