- Transfer the mixture to a food processor and pulse until it forms a cohesive mass, but is not completely pureed (about 5-10 seconds). Do not over-process.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a sausage shape (approximately 4 inches long).
- Place 1 cup of breadcrumbs on a plate. Roll each sausage in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
