  • Yellow Potatoes
  • White Potato
  • Red Potatoes
  • Onion
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Dried Basil Leaves

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces

How to Make 3 Potato Grill Packet

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, sliced red onion, chopped bell pepper, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat all the vegetables evenly.
  3. Tear off a 12x24 inch sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Lightly grease the foil with cooking spray or olive oil.
  4. Place the potato mixture in the center of the foil, leaving about 3 inches of space on each side.
  5. Dot the potato mixture with the small pieces of butter.
