How to Make 7 Up Pork Roast With Glaze
- Pat a 3-4 lb pork loin dry with paper towels.
- Place the pork loin in a large resealable plastic bag.
- In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup 7 Up, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper, 1/4 cup chopped onion, and 2 cloves minced garlic.
- Pour the marinade over the pork loin in the bag.
- Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
