How to Make A 1 Chinese Pasta A1

  1. Mince 2 cloves of garlic.
  2. Remove and discard the root ends of 4 scallions; thinly slice the remaining scallions.
  3. Thinly slice 8 oz cremini mushrooms.
  4. Cook 8 oz angel hair pasta according to package directions.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together: 2 tbsp A1 Original sauce, 1 tbsp hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
  6. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1/4 cup mayonnaise over medium heat.
  7. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
