How to Make A 1 Chinese Pasta A1
- Mince 2 cloves of garlic.
- Remove and discard the root ends of 4 scallions; thinly slice the remaining scallions.
- Thinly slice 8 oz cremini mushrooms.
- Cook 8 oz angel hair pasta according to package directions.
- In a small bowl, whisk together: 2 tbsp A1 Original sauce, 1 tbsp hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 1/4 cup mayonnaise over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add 1 lb ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender (about 3-5 minutes).
- Stir in the prepared sauce and sliced scallions.

- Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta cooking water before draining.
