Ingredients for Almond Ham Roll Ups

  • Cream Cheese
  • Instant Minced Onion
  • Dry Mustard
  • Hot Sauce
  • 1 pound thinly sliced cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • Green Onion

How to Make Almond Ham Roll Ups

  1. In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup chopped almonds, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Stir until well blended.
  2. Spread approximately 1 teaspoon of the almond mixture onto each ham slice.
  3. Roll up each ham slice tightly, jelly-roll fashion, starting from the short end.
  4. Wrap the rolled ham in plastic wrap and freeze for up to 2 months.
  5. To serve, thaw the ham roll-ups at room temperature for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Using a sharp knife, cut each roll into 1/4-inch thick slices just before serving. Do not completely thaw before slicing.
  7. Serve immediately. Optional: Serve with crackers or toothpicks for easy handling.

Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor

Small additions can make a big impact! Try a sprinkle of fresh herbs, a dash of your favorite spice blend, or a squeeze of citrus just before serving to really enhance the flavors of your dish.
