How to Make Alouette Bacon Wrapped Scallops And Shrimp
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Heat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
- Fry 6 bacon strips for 1 minute per side, until almost crisp but still pliable. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Discard bacon grease from pan.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan. Sear 12 large sea scallops for 2-3 minutes per side, until caramelized and opaque. Set aside.

- Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of chopped scallions.
