- Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas
- 6 large eggs

How to Make Angels Easy Breakfast Burritos
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) as directed on the tater tot package.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Spread the tater tots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- Bake according to package directions until golden brown and crispy. Set aside to cool completely.
- While the tater tots are baking, brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
- Drain off any excess grease and set aside to cool completely.
- In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until cooked to your liking. Set aside to cool completely.
- Once the tater tots, sausage, and eggs are completely cooled, you can begin assembling the burritos.
- Lay out a large flour tortilla. Add 1/4 cup of cooked sausage, 1/3 cup of scrambled eggs, 1/4 cup of shredded cheese, and 1/4 cup of tater tots to the center of each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Repeat steps 9 and 10 until all the ingredients are used.
- Wrap each burrito individually in plastic wrap.
- Place the wrapped burritos in a freezer-safe plastic bag.
- Freeze until ready to use (up to 3 months).
- To reheat, microwave individual burritos for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. Serve with your favorite salsa.
