How to Make Ann S Old Fashioned Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Saute 1 medium onion, chopped, and 2 medium carrots, chopped, in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until carrots are tender (about 8-10 minutes).
  3. Add 2 cloves garlic, minced, and saute for 1-2 minutes more.
  4. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  5. In a large bowl, combine 2 lbs ground beef, 1 cup bread crumbs, and the cooled vegetables.
