How to Make Antipasto Wraps
- In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped basil, and minced garlic. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla, leaving about 1/4 inch of space from the edge.
- Layer romaine lettuce, salami (if using), ham (if using), and cheese slices evenly across the center of each tortilla.
- Add your preferred amount of sliced olives, roasted red peppers, and artichoke hearts on top of the cheese.
- Carefully lift one edge of the tortilla and begin to roll it tightly, tucking in the filling as you go. Once fully rolled, cut the wrap in half diagonally.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Antipasto Wraps!
Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor
Chef's secret: layers of flavor make a dish truly memorable! Consider what a little extra something could bring – perhaps a touch of acidity like a good vinegar or citrus zest, a hint of smokiness from paprika, a bit of umami from mushrooms or soy sauce, or a sprinkle of toasted nuts for texture. Experiment and taste as you go!
