  • Avocado
  • 1 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • Coarse Salt

How to Make Avocado Tomato Melt

  1. Preheat your broiler to high.
  2. Place bagel halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Broil for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and toasted.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  5. Spread 1/4 of an avocado (mashed) evenly onto each toasted bagel half.
  6. Top with 1/2 cup of sliced tomatoes.
