How to Make Apple Praline Pie
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, granulated sugar, flour, apple pie spice, and salt. Toss gently to coat.
- Place one pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate. Pour the apple mixture into the prepared crust.
- Dot the apple filling evenly with 4 tablespoons of butter.
- Top with the second pie crust. Seal and crimp the edges. Cut several slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the crust is golden brown.
- While the pie is baking, prepare the praline topping:
