How to Make Apricot Sauce

  1. Combine 1 pound fresh apricots and 1 cup apple juice in a medium saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.

  3. Remove from heat and let the apricots cool completely.
  4. Strain the apricots, reserving the cooking liquid. Set aside the cooked apricots.
