How to Make Auntie Fran S Chicken
- In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 chicken bouillon cube, 1/4 cup white vinegar, 1/2 cup ketchup, and 1/4 cup soy sauce.
- Whisk until the bouillon cube is dissolved. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Place 2 lbs of chicken drumsticks in a slow cooker. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cook on low for 3 1/2 hours, or 4 1/2 hours for extra tender chicken.
