How to Make Authentic Tacos

  1. In a large skillet, brown 1 lb ground beef over medium-high heat. Add 1 tsp garlic salt and cook until browned, then drain off any excess grease.
  2. Heat a large griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Lightly brush both sides of 12 corn or flour tortillas with extra virgin olive oil.
