How to Make Baked Apricot Orange Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts (about 2 lbs total) in a 9x13 inch baking dish, skin side up. Season generously with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp ground ginger.
  3. Spread 1/2 cup orange marmalade evenly over the chicken breasts.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup orange juice and 1/4 cup chicken broth into the bottom of the baking dish.
