How to Make Baked Glazed Ham

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Score the fat on the top of the ham in a diamond or square pattern, being careful not to cut into the meat.
  3. Place the ham in a foil-lined roasting pan and seal tightly with foil.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes per pound.
  5. One hour before the ham is finished baking, remove it from the oven.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, honey, and brown sugar until well combined.
  7. Brush the glaze evenly over the ham.
  8. Place a pineapple slice on top of each diamond or square, securing it with a toothpick. Place a maraschino cherry in the center of each pineapple ring.
  9. Push a whole clove into the fat between each pineapple slice.
  10. Loosely cover the ham with foil and return to the oven for the remaining hour, basting with the glaze every 15 minutes.
