  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ½ cups spaghetti sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Mozzarella Cheese

How to Make Baked Venison Beef Parmesan

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup breadcrumbs, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon garlic salt, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk 1 large egg with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
  4. Dip each steak (approximately 1/2 inch thick, butterflied) into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  5. Press the coated steak into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
  6. Place breaded steaks on a plate and refrigerate for 20 minutes to allow the crumbs to set.
  7. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish in the preheated oven for about 2 minutes.
  8. Carefully remove the baking dish from the oven and arrange the steaks in the melted butter.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Flip the steaks, spoon 1 ½ cups of your favorite spaghetti or marinara sauce evenly over the meat.
  11. Top with 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
  12. Bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Small additions can make a big impact! Try a sprinkle of fresh herbs, a dash of your favorite spice blend, or a squeeze of citrus just before serving to really enhance the flavors of your dish.
