How to Make Baked Venison Beef Parmesan
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine 1 cup breadcrumbs, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon garlic salt, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
- In a separate bowl, whisk 1 large egg with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
- Dip each steak (approximately 1/2 inch thick, butterflied) into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
