How to Make Balsamic Roasted New Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large, oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 1.5 pounds of new potatoes (halved or quartered if large), 4 cloves of minced garlic, 2 sprigs of fresh thyme, 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, and 1/4 teaspoon of freshly grated nutmeg.
- Toss to coat the potatoes evenly for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from the heat.
