  • 2 oz light rum
  • Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed is best)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • Sweetened Flaked Coconut
  • Ice to fill blender jar ¾ full
  • Maraschino Cherry

How to Make Banana Faux Lada

  1. Combine 2 oz light rum, 1 oz Malibu rum, 1 oz lime juice, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 ripe bananas (sliced), and 1/2 cup shredded coconut in a blender jar.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice to fill the blender jar about ¾ full. Blend again until smooth and frosty.
