How to Make Bear S Char Siu Pork
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, rice wine vinegar, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Place the pork shoulder in a large roasting pan or baking dish.
