How to Make Beef And Broccoli Crock Pot
- Trim excess fat from 1.5 lbs beef stew meat and cut into 1-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, toss the beef cubes with 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, ½ tsp black pepper, and ½ tsp salt.
- Place the seasoned beef in the bottom of your 6-quart slow cooker.
- Add 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets, around the beef.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 packet (1 ounce) McCormick brown gravy mix and 1 cup of water until smooth.
- Pour the gravy mixture evenly over the beef and broccoli.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the beef is fork-tender.
- Serve the beef and broccoli over 1 pound cooked egg noodles. Garnish with chopped green onions (optional).
