  • 1.5 lbs beef stew meat, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Fresh Broccoli Florets
  • Brown Gravy Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pound cooked egg noodles

How to Make Beef And Broccoli Crock Pot

  1. Trim excess fat from 1.5 lbs beef stew meat and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the beef cubes with 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, ½ tsp black pepper, and ½ tsp salt.
  3. Place the seasoned beef in the bottom of your 6-quart slow cooker.
  4. Add 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets, around the beef.
  5. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 packet (1 ounce) McCormick brown gravy mix and 1 cup of water until smooth.
  6. Pour the gravy mixture evenly over the beef and broccoli.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the beef is fork-tender.
  8. Serve the beef and broccoli over 1 pound cooked egg noodles. Garnish with chopped green onions (optional).

Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor

Small additions can make a big impact! Try a sprinkle of fresh herbs, a dash of your favorite spice blend, or a squeeze of citrus just before serving to really enhance the flavors of your dish.
