How to Make Beef And Tortilla Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add 1.5 lbs ground beef and 1 medium onion (chopped) to the skillet.
  4. Cook, breaking up the beef with a spoon, until beef is browned and crumbly, about 10 minutes.
  5. Drain off any excess grease from the skillet.
  6. Add 1 (15-ounce) can enchilada sauce and 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce to the skillet.
  7. Stir well to combine.
