- 1 cup beef broth

How to Make Beef Mushrooms With Noodles
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 pound of beef (cubed) and cook until thoroughly browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
- Add 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in 1 packet of dry onion soup mix, 1 can (10.75 ounces) of condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup of beef broth, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Return the beef to the skillet. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for at least 1 hour, or until the beef is very tender.
- While the beef simmers, cook 1 pound of egg noodles according to package directions. Drain.
- Serve the beef and mushroom sauce over the noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional).
