How to Make Cheese Cheesy And More Cheese Chicken

  2. In a large skillet, sauté 1 medium onion, chopped, and 1 bell pepper, chopped, in 5 tablespoons (70g) of margarine until softened.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in 10.75 oz (1 can) condensed cream of mushroom soup, 8 oz (225g) sliced mushrooms, 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In a large bowl, combine 16 oz (450g) cooked chicken, shredded, 8 oz (225g) cooked noodles, 2 cups (225g) shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup (115g) shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and the mushroom mixture.
